Vincent was born in Brooklyn and moved to South Florida at eleven. He credits his foundation in good business, morals and family values to New York and a very tight knit family.
He studied at the University of North Florida, taught ballroom and Latin dance from nineteen to twenty five, and earned his M.B.A. at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.
He came into lending in 2002 through real estate investing, and found what he really wanted to do: help people reach the dream of homeownership. In 2023 he and his team joined LeaderOne Financial, a nationwide direct lender, which means better rates and better closing costs without the middle man.
