Modular homes are built to the International Residential Code, the same building code used by every municipality in the United States, with the same materials and the same processes as a site built home.
The difference is where. Framing in a factory is efficient and consistent, and no one is waiting on the weather. Our rule of thumb: modular construction is 20% less expensive and 40% faster. And since time is money, that adds up to a lot more house at a much better price.
