Book a free site visit. They run daily from Diani town.
Plot selection
Choose the plot on the layout that suits your holiday home, retirement home or investment.
Verify and reserve
Adili shares a copy of the title deed for your due diligence. When you are satisfied, reserve with the minimum deposit through M-Pesa or bank transfer.
Sales agreement
Once payment is confirmed, the sales agreement is shared for signing, with a copy of your ID or passport, KRA PIN and a passport photo.
Complete payment
Finish paying on the schedule you chose. The transfer documents then come to you for signature.
Collect your title deed
Collect it in person at the Diani office, send a representative, or have it couriered to you, wherever you are.
